City Dynamic, a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, has appointed Seafco Public Company Limited (SEAFCO) as the piling contractor for its ultra-luxury residential development on Wireless Road. This appointment follows the project's Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval in the first quarter of 2025, allowing construction to commence. Piling and diaphragm wall works are scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The signing ceremony was attended by Casey Au and Thomas Woolsey, Co-Managing Directors of City Dynamic, along with Dr Narong Thasnanipan, President and CEO of SEAFCO.
With more than five decades of experience in foundation engineering, SEAFCO will install 200 bored piles to a record depth of 80 metres—believed to be the deepest achieved in Thailand—and construct 550 metres of diaphragm walls. All works will be carried out in line with stringent international environmental and engineering standards, ensuring both minimal environmental impact and superior structural stability. These foundations will support two distinctive residential towers on a rare 7.9-rai (12,652 sqm) freehold plot in the heart of Bangkok’s central business district.

City Dynamic combines City Realty’s deep local market experience with Swire Properties’ international reputation for developing premium residences. Designed by acclaimed architects Foster + Partners through its local affiliate F&P (Thailand) Ltd., the project will offer panoramic views of Lumphini and Benjakitti Parks.
